All Reyalola pieces are made-to-order. Please allow 4-8 working days for production before dispatch. During collection launches or peak periods, processing times may extend slightly—any changes will be communicated clearly at checkout.

We offer standard and express worldwide shipping. Available options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Delivery Timeline
Delivery timelines are estimates provided by our courier partners and may vary due to customs, weather, or other unforeseen delays. Reyalola is not responsible for delays outside our control.

Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel’s journey.

Made-to-Order Nature
All Reyalola pieces are made-to-order. For this reason, we do not accept returns or refunds.

Exchanges
We offer exchanges only if:
• The item arrives damaged or faulty
• You received the wrong product or shade
If you are eligible for an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images of the issue. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags intact.

Sizing Adjustments
If your piece requires a minor adjustment, please email us. Depending on the request, adjustments may incur a fee.

Return Shipping
