The Language of Lace

The Language of Lace is Reyalola’s first demi-couture chapter - a study of heritage, femininity, and form.

In this collection, lace becomes a vessel of memory. It carries the quiet grandeur of Nigerian womanhood - the grace of dressing, the ritual of wrapping, the art of adornment - reinterpreted through modern tailoring and sculptural draping.

Shop Vol.1

Each piece converses with the past but speaks to the present. The collection reimagines traditional forms like the ìró and bùbá, and the ìpèlè, through contemporary eyes, capturing their symbolism of dignity, intimacy, and power.

Sequined lace, fluid drape, and restrained silhouettes tell stories of lineage and light — where craftsmanship becomes a language of its own.
